Lovely hotel!
Due to technical difficulties and rocks falling down, I had to descent from forcella froppa to Palus San Marco late in the afternoon. When I arrived at the valley in the evening, every hotel was full. But, the manager of this hotel was very friendly and offered me a room and something to eat. Very warm-hearted staff and overall a great place to pass by!

We searched the internet for mountain stay proposals and, without knowing anything about what we would find, we opted for La Gregoriana. We did Bingo!!
1-Stupendous location facing the mountains
2-Stimulating environment: the Diocese proposes and young people accept en masse to carry out voluntary service to keep the House running!
3-We meet at the table with a variety of people: families, adults, groups of children from the Oratories with the priests, people with disabilities and their companions!..Everyone relaxed and smiling!
4-The food is fresh and well prepared, served in a large and bright room overlooking the mountains.
5-The room, as large as a studio apartment, with a balcony and an organized bathroom, could accommodate an entire family if needed even if a double room was enough for us
6-Lorenzo, the very young manager of the house is a person of exceptional kindness and helpfulness!
7-The small church of the structure, the external and fenced lawns, the leisure areas inside, are the guarantee of being able to find everything you need even without going outside the structure.
If you are like us, curious and wandering, Auronzo, Misurina, Cortina, Dobbiaco, Pieve, Cibiana, etc. they are waiting for you!! Happy holiday!!

Externally a paradise, both for the views around and for the large amount of playgrounds (we are talking about holiday homes for children)
The common rooms are large and well kept, I don't know what the rooms are like
Overall I consider it one of the most beautiful holiday homes I have seen in my 15 year career as a GT driver
The staff is very friendly and helpful, the place is beautiful and very convenient for excursions. Close to Lake Auronzo, the wonderful Lake Misurina is an excellent point if you want to go and see the Three Peaks comfortably.
